So I didn't weigh yesterday. Hence no post about weight loss! I had a hard week and needed a mental health day. Between St. Patricks Day and everything else I couldn't bring myself to jump on that scale. But I will be back next Saturday with a post and a good loss! In the mean time I have a song.
